This guy...

Just look at this little organic piece of shiny goodness.  Very silver rock.  This bud vase might fight the flower for attention, it has attitude like that.  Luckily this isn't a competition, it's a team effort between the single stem of floral and the Alu vase.  They will work it out, we are pretty sure about that.  The vase is 2.5" d, and the opening is .75"  One would be able to get a few small stems worth inside for sure.  Silver Rock On.....
