These little bells are not only Owls, but they have a nice pleasant ring to them. They are called wind bells because they will for sure ring in the breeze. The Owls are 1.75"H X 1.75D We hang them indoors as nice little random objects, that just happen to ring if you touch the pendant cord. The Owl is a painted steel piece, very detailed for what it is. There is a small wind catching glossed paper sail that you tie to the end of the cord. We like them without, but you have that option. Ding Ding!
