These are really adorable. The outer surface is a speckled dark brown, almost a lightly dotted look to it. The interior surface is a nice bright gold color. Little dishes hold cute little things. The square is  3" x 3" X 1.5"H, and the triangle is 3" x 3" x 3" x 1.5"H.  These little ceramic pieces are nice.
